Kindred Sisters

Of Purity and Chastity,

Life's fuller elasticity.

How easy it is for minds to fall,

Or, slip into impure cave.

Restless souls fail to behave,

Antsy eyes seeking some form to land on,

Thus wills will crave,

For more and more,

Until there is some kind of fake,

Phony connection,

Wishful fantasies fail,

To save a shallow selection.

Though alas, look upon Purity and Chastity,

For they are kindred sisters,

And will guide you away from misery.

Dressed in white,

They see and know how hard you fight.

Whispering hope in your tired ears,

They understand your desperate fears.

Reminding you that today is a new day,

So pray and watch closely for the wiles,

Of the wretched one who is lurking.
