Just a Cycle

A Poem

Just a cycle.

Life is dark, full of pain,

Honestly it's just a game.

Glass half empty, or half full

No one will ever know.

Winter comes and summer goes,

Life feels so slow, Day in day out

Sun comes up, Sun goes down.

And the world just goes around.

Every day a new mistake,

Soon the smiles turn fake.

Life goes on and on, everyone is just a pawn.

Mr. And Mrs, fall in love.

Children laugh, people cry.

Can't wait to kiss it all goodbye.

But don't you cry, be happy, and remember the memories. Know I tried, but this life is filled with demons

And people never listen, no one hears my cries, nor do they see my eyes.

Like glass with no life,

a shell of who I used to be.

No need for life, it's time to kiss it all goodbye

Life's not sunshines and rainbows, it's full of lies. Nobody cares how hard you try

Or how hard you've cried,

Or how they fell, like a worker's flow.

Bosses just care about the dough, so sadly it's time for me to go.

But don't you weep nor cry for me,

This life was too boring and I needed to be free

My existence futile, so now I leave.

But don't forget to remember me.
