I Wish You Knew Me

I was looking through this phone and it seems every button I press leads to you. or us. when we were an "us." now we aren't even a "we." but that's not the point now. that's another chapter for another day. I saw a photo of you. it was the cutest thing. You where smiling like nothing was wrong in the world, with your tongue out. You seemed so happy. I saw another of us. we here kissing. our faces seemed made for each other. in that moment, and every moment we kissed, our lips fit perfectly. our faces sculpted so we would always fit. a perfect sculpture I must say. what a beautiful thing to create, then destroy. My hand was lain so elegantly on your chest. other pictures where just us being happy, taking meme pictures. our faces twisted into funny little expressions. others where just pictures you had taken, making cute faces. especially the one where you'd squish your lips together into an adorable smile, and you'd scrunch your nose, with a little flower crown testing atop your perfectly messy hair. there where some of just our hands intertwined. some where if you pressing those soft ass lips onto my cheek. I had to try to contain my blush. many where of us at carowinds. in the car cuddling, standing randomly in the middle of a walkway, in line to the fury. I loved the memories from carowinds. so many photographs hold a memory forever in time. memories I know you miss. I hope you still have our pictures on your phone. I hope you still look back at them. I hope it makes you cry. I hope you miss me. I pray to a god I don't even believe in, that you miss me. our frozen memories will always stay, I'll never delete them. I promise.
