I care about you, it’s why I published this book on your twentieth birthday

All them months we went without talking, I had feelings for you the entire time

Although I was trying to deny it

2019 is the first year that I didn’t go back to my old woes

I left all the bullshit in the past, cut off a lot of dead weight for the better of my health

This journey of repairing myself has been excruciatingly difficult and detaching, but it’s for the better

Once the transformation is complete, I’ll look back on it and be happy that it happened

I know it’s going to be worth it, just gotta be more patient
