I'm Willing to Admit I'm in the Wrong Sometimes

It's easy to slip and lose yourself.

Please,

Understand.

I'm trying,

I am.

It may not look like much.

I'm making an effort.

I'm doing my part.

I'm holding it in.

The anger,

The irritability.

I'm not this person.

I don't set on hurting you.

Every minute,

Hour...

That you don't answer back.

I check,

Constantly.

Every minute,

Hour...

The silence,

It kills me.

My head hurts,

My eyes flood.

There's a leak.

The sink's been running.

For every minute,

Hour...

I know you need your space.

I'll keep on waiting.

Just tell me what I did wrong,

So I can stop it from happening again.
