I know your hands in mine are more than physical.
It is the bond we had, or the strength we gave one another in hard times.
My hand to your face was a comfort to sooth your fears.
I know those eyes had only good in them.
Those eyes hold truth, love, and care.
I know those arms protected me from hurt and pain.
Those arms, protected me from other guys.
Protected me from hurt and pain.
Those arms gave me shelter,
along with my arms giving you peace.
I know our legs entangled was another sweet bond.
I know, my legs stretching up is the future we can reach.
Those lips spoke words of comfort, sweet worries,
and the words that made me fall in love.
I know that it had to be real.
God where did it all go?
