I Did It

Every night, I thank my lucky stars for what I have in my life,

As I look around, I fought and made it in life,

I beat my odds that were pulling me down,

I sh*t kicked you, and tossed your sorry ass to the curb.

That is where you belonged.

My past is where you are and will stay,

I have got great family and friends, a solid foundation we have built.

If I don't remember you, there is a reason for that,

just ask yourself, "Why?"

You don't deserve my effort, you're not worth it any more,

I am not even going to try,

I AM FOCUSED ON WHAT I HAVE, the good in my life,

This is me now, yes, I changed for good reasons,

I grew up, maybe someday you will too,

I focused on me, what I need to survive and get by.

NO MORE WITH THE NEGATIVITY,

It ruins our lives, we are happy now,

because you are not around...
