I Am Strong

I am strong and yet weak

I have my battles that I fight

This path to peace I always seek

Life is a journey and I stay to the light.

What is meant to be will be for me

This road is long and hard

I know this so I leave it be.

My battles won left me scarred.

A warrior I will always be

For I fear death and life not

It is part of life to me

And the stars gave me this lot.

I am strong yet gentle

I am moved by those past and present

My nature is very sentimental

I do my best to be pleasant

The future is full of mystery

However I will live it without fear.

The uncertainty will soon be history

In time everything will be clear.

Peace will come in time

For I will be patient and vigilant.

My strength is at its prime

The truth I speak is not acidulant

I may be strong but I am transforming

I am a caterpillar building its cocoon

I emerge like a butterfly in new form

I am the being of light and new hope

I am strong yet I am delicate

I will fight for truth and light

I am a warrior in all realms

Nothing will ever dim my light.
