There are two separate pieces here, but I feel that they relate nicely.
The human body,
Beautiful by design,
Form and line,
It’s quite a sight to see.
The spirit bright,
Needs a sturdy home,
A shell in which to roam,
And to show its light.
The frame holds,
Energy intense,
Funneling every sense,
And into reality molds.
The body is but a complex structure,
With energy utilizing it’s architecture.
The human mind,
A part of the whole.
To thoughts be kind,
They are a part of the soul.
Every moment,
So full of life.
And no lament,
Can bring strife.
There is a reason,
Everything is in place,
The turning of seasons,
And the moon's bright face.
Be at peace in all,
Bring peace to your all.
