Being Human is simple enough
At the same time
It is complex stuff
Life is a paradox
One two three
Three two one
Can you see?
The body itself
Has various parts
It's more than physical
You know in your hearts
Your physical body
Helps you move
Keeps you grounded
Keeps you in your grove
Your mental body
Helps you think
Stay there too long
And you may sink
Your emotional body
Helps you feel
It communicates to you
And keeps you real
Your energy body
Never dies
It holds your truth
It is in your eyes
Stay in one
Stay in all
Align them together
And you shall not fall
