I've been running

Out of breath, out of time

Out of sight, I try to hide

But for a brief second, I am reminded

Of drifting, shifting vibrations

In the ground, my hide on the line

I can hear him coming, footsteps quicken

Tripping over natural wires

I feel connected to him

Though I am a pestilence

Evidence suggests his soul weeps

He wishes to reap, so he sows deep

Stitches in rows to enclose

Deeper wounds, deceit has bloomed

I see two figures, truly bigger

Than any fiend I've come across

Secrets mount the wind, I come across

Ocean waves, wave to a familiar face

But I am mistaken, the sudden realization

Of where I am leaves me shaken

Then I'm stirred awake, my reality blending

Master, help me.
