Healing takes time.

Spend money.

Study hard.

Read books.

Grow out your hair.

Be strong, stronger than ever before.

Be patient.

Take long, hot baths.

Start working out.

Get drunk or high, if you want to, but not every weekend.

Buy a chocolate bar or a yummy snack every week when your favorite show is on.

Wake up early, and sleep in when you need a good rest, but don’t waste the day.

Write.

Find a friend who will listen to you and respect you and don’t stop till you’ve found one.

Make your Instagram cool, more aesthetically pleasing.

Get that damn tattoo.

Buy bath bombs and bathe some more.

Love your body.

Shave, for yourself.

Write the important stuff down, write this day down, all of it.

Cry.

Let the homesickness be felt.

Write some more.

Learn to flourish in silence.

Learn to be comfortable alone.

Drink lots of coffee.

Buy overpriced coffee.

Sell your old clothes and go after a new style with the money you get from it.

Take lots of photos, selfies, landscapes, all of it.

Spend a weekend alone.

Meditate.

Stretch.

Feel smart at school.

Learn to be with yourself.

Learn to be okay by yourself.
