High Mowing
I was born an i-
dentical twin but
at seventeen a pretty
girl came between my
brother and me and we
had a big argument.
He said she was
for doing what she
did with me after she
said she was only doing
that with him and I said
she wasn't.
But I never should
have hit him one accidental
punch the way he fell
crooked on his neck
he just never moved never
came back out of coma.
All my tears and prayers
well it truly killed dad
now for all these years mum
has had to love me for
all of us so love can
not be defended by violence.
