Her

A Poem

I see her standing there

wind in her hair

She has this certain flair

I can't help but stare

She starts to walk my way.

I notice her hips sway

She says, "Hi how's your day"

All i can manage is "Hey."

She laughs, the cutest laugh I've ever heard

I smile like a nerd

She had me before she said a single word.

I'll never have her, how absurd.

She says, "Well it was nice to meet you, bye."

My heart falls from the sky.

She gets on the train, and waves with a sigh

I'll miss her till the day I die.

Now she's gone, and my day is lame.

I'll never be the same

As her train pulls out, my heart goes up in a flame.

Damn it, I never even got the angel's name.
