Heaven

Infatuated with You

moments trickle out like a lime thats been cut in half. i think about what could have been but was not, decisions changing the course of my life. lately, ive found myself staring at the emptiness of my white walls, searching for reasons why i have given my heart to you when you have no idea it's even in your grasp. trying to figure out how you've gotten this grip on my throat, a devilish grin playing on your lips. the fire in your eyes is evident like wildfire in a forest. i want to know what runs through your mind—what are your greatest desires? your fears? what do you love the most? how often do you find yourself lost in your own world as time is quickly passing you? i feel the fabric of my pants as my fingertips brush against it, my hips swaying with every stride while i watch you from a distance. heavenly. that's how I'd describe you. softest features with a solid heart, sweet and determined. your dark eyes hold stories waiting to be told, you're patient and silent. your heart has been through tough situations, your walls are built up.. scared to let in a new soul. feel my fingers ghost against your skin, delicate and slow. goosebumps rising through every area my skin has discovered against your own. i do not mean any harm, my love, for i am just a mere thought that's been sitting in the back of your mind, a desire you need to have fulfilled.
