The jazz record plays,

The old man with the red velvet hat smokes his cigar and sips his drink.

On the dance floor, a couple dances, looking into each other eyes, not wanting to let go.

The musician plays his solid gold trumpet to the highest note.

As he blows the crowd away, glass shatters onto the wooden floor. The music stops as people look around in despair.

A simple mood turned into a destructive place.
