It’s time to let go of what isn’t for me

To take things as they are and not for what they seem

For along time, I’ve held on to what could be

But now I understand that this is how it’s gonna be

It’s time I let go and take back all of me

You were gifted the best part of me

Yet, you only wanted parts of me

I’ve feared of losing you when you never even feared of losing me
