The Flaws of our Society

New pair of jays on your feet every other week.

Seems to me like you forgot you had a child to feed.

A child brought up to be a thief, liar, cheater, dealer only taking in what seems right and okay.

The child only being a product of its environment.

Portraying exactly what was depicted, where in reality he's destroying his unknown dream.

Exchanging the books and degree for a hand gun and bag of weed.

But really in society what's fallen to be, he'll simply be a nobody.

In the streets searching for the next shawty he's on the chase to impregnate.

Puff.

Pass.

Sleep.

Eat.

And replay.

When it's all said and done, ain't no going back.

It'll be too late.

Now his heart aches, knowing he was neglected during his childhood days.

Subconsciously knowing that his son will too have the same violent fate, of only being a statistic.

A characteristic that seems to be affecting the souls and minds of our young male generation.

You see, when you're born into a society that was designed to break you, the only way out is to find your dream and protect it, rise above all evil tactics and even when you're broken you're still working, SO FIGHT IT.
