Worried for our concerns as they continue to crave a
Listener,
How have we, somehow, become slaves to a
Prisoner?
Again and again with your entitlement,
When you no longer have it will you know what your title
Meant?
Chivalry lies cold, as its impact begins diminishing fast,
Let's ask these nice guys how they feel about NOT finishing
Last.
At any cost we strive to embody this free oath,
Brave and brilliant, what if it's our responsibility to be
Both?
Who's acting? Perhaps we could do this all in one take,
Endure enough for two till they ask, "How much can ONE take?"
Certain instincts have already kicked in,
We're a team till we know the logic behind the order in which we were
Picked in.
The fight for equality amongst equals, though some us may fair
Better,
The look of disgust is one thing the opposition may wear
Better.
Traps ignored by senseless ones who've never smelled one,
Why are you placing your heart in the hands of someone who has never
Held one?
Evading all of your jabs, tomorrow we'll be "as pleased as
Punch,"
We didn't understand what you were hinting at until we seized the
Hunch.
Some doors have been locked, and others just weren't
Shut well,
If it's crazy that you want then that's us in a nut
Shell.
If we show the outspoken there's no ceiling could we then have
The floor?
Tell the "guarded" that we won't break down their walls if they
Promise us the door.
