Frost Bitten

From the Series "Love's Injuries"

The house is cold,

like your expression,

like your words,

like your shoulder

Smiles turned upside down

I had to grow up and remove the princess tiara you once placed upon my head

Still the house was cold,

My kingdom out of control

I used to think a fifth of vodka couldn’t kill someone but then I

Saw you

Still the house was cold,

like your eyes,

your skin,

your mind

I used to think there was a draft coming in through the window but

I felt it

Finally making it's self known to me

A ghost passing through

A shell A ghost passing through A confused story in the waterA former you

Your ghostpassing through
