From the Big Bang to my little birth
The Cosmos has been spiraling out till it formed the Earth
Now here I sit with pen in hand
And foot swinging off stage with a Bear of a man
Behind me showing what life is worth
It’s so nice to know we’re all human
Just the same, with the beauty of diversity shining through
So we reflect it on each other as we sing, dance, and play
While we’re growing up to learn how to stay
In the moment
In the present
The gift we’re given
In the life we’re living
I want to remember
To protect my brother
For I am his keeper
And not forsake my sister
If I lose her I’ll miss her
To the younger ones
I must be an elder
To the elder ones
I stand on their shoulders
To see farther
By their beacons of wisdom
With thanks I list them
As the proof of my past
Cause I know I won’t last
Unless the little ones hold fast
And carry their present forth to the future
To present it to their younger
And not cast asunder
The process of our nature
I celebrate my teachers
The keepers
Of knowledge and history
Traditions and identities
Even our enemies we must love
Because they teach us too
The value of friendship
Lest this we forget and lose
Remember love
Bring back to mind
The embers of
Pieces of peace divin
About the Creator

Poetry, reveries, and streams of consciousness. Musings, revelries, and free dreams of consonance. Metaphysics, philosophy, and magick cognizance. Writing things that make me high and do a dance.
