From Boiled to Deviled

A pan of boiled eggs

Deviled eggs are my absolute favorite dish to make.

I fill a pan with raw eggs and water to put it on the stove for heat.

Wonderful that you don't have to bake.

A good recipe you don't have to beat.

I think i perfected the dish so that anyone who tries them,

likes them so very much,

that they can not get enough, ahem:

Even when I say not to touch!

I can place one egg on the counter and spin it.

The egg should spin and not wobble to a stop.

I simply chop the Boiled eggs in half a bit.

This is the simple form of a plain deviled egg spun like a top.

No one will think that deviled eggs are tasty unless you add some mustard and mayonnaise mix.

The most commonly used spice is adding paprika to the egg mash mix on the egg white.

While the egg mash mix is still on the plate add your mustard, mayonnaise and stir well to fix.

I was told deviled eggs were called deviled eggs because they bite.

I add spices which heat things up so they were right.

Dont be afraid to try curry, garlic, onion or turmeric powder.

Experiment all night.

With these seasonings: black, red, or jalapeno pepper, maybe some chowder?

Some other herbs like rosemary, thyme or your oregano stash!

You can also chop up cucumbers some green onion, or bell peppers, for example.

Add that to your tasty egg mash.

Be creative with your sample!

Deviled eggs are easy to make to me,

Enjoy my experience because they're easy to fake!

Try it for yourself and see!

Share because they're made to take.
