Friend Zoned

Some people like the chase of a person wanting their attention

It boosts their ego, and all along would string the individual along

While a person is clueless giving their affection only to be left in suspension

Nobody wants to play the fool yet in today’s world people forget to be honest to each other

People intentions may be down right cruel and that is not the way to live

It is ok to say no, or I am not ready to be in a relationship with another

Friend zoned sounds like a stopping point, yet it can be the beginning

Not everyone you encounter is relationship material and everyone has a type

There is a big world out there…just because a person is single doesn’t mean they’re not winning

A friend is someone who I can confide in and trust that person to be around

When a person tells you that they are not ready, or you are not the one

Accept it… They may come from a place of hurt needing time to heal the wound

Therefore, honesty is the best policy, so a person can move forward in life

With clear expectations of what it is or what it is not

So that a person can pursue someone else that could be their future husband or wife
