To be free
Can have so many meanings
Happiness, joy and glee
Variant thoughts and feelings
All spring to mind
Leave the awful times behind
To be free
Is a privilege and not a right
Not all can win the fight
To be free
Can be down to you
Earn it, learn it, deserve it
Worldwide, freedom is due
To be free
Is something we all crave
Whether it's freedom from work or the way we behave
Freedom is something we shouldn't take for granted, and yet we all do
For your freedom
Is a path only you can pave
