Tragic Love Poem

let us partake of this Banishment.

from the Immortal Cup,

the Wine of Ages.

let us consume what is Forbidden.

Time will stop,

And so will our hearts.

only then, will I be free

to give it to You.

I could have anything;

everything,

but even that luxury was unattainable.

Nothing really is "too short of a goal"

until

they ask of you the unthinkable,

which puts into question,

everything that you stand for.

All it takes is one answer:

yes.

"Yes, I will live here—

—yes, I will move in and stay."

But, I could not.

He gives me whatever I ask for,

but at the cost of my sanity.
