till you burst at the seams

and projectile vomit their hate and ignorance

into the ears of your fellow constituents

to obfuscate the us into cognitive dissonance

and reveal their insolence

drive their toxicity

from betwixt your ears

and revel in the clarity

absent of fear

make good use of the muscle
