For the New Year

I find that are days where I’ll wonder what I’ll never be.

I’ve dealt with so much pain, loss, betrayal, infedelity

I can’t even trust my family so tell me what that’s telling me

When all I try to do is love them even when it’s hell for me

But sometimes you'll just have to go to find your time and place to grow

Dedicate yourself to places, things, and people you don't know.

Focus on your future, don't always make yourself available

because you'll need a strong foundation to built yourself a healthy home.
