Follow Your Bliss

Life is too good to Miss

When you follow your bliss

Take a moment now to find it

A smile so deep emerges when you dive in

Belly laughs and Unicorn Farts

Funny things that make you dance

A joke that's shared

A lover's kiss

Spending time with self

I'm loving this

Don't you know life's for the living

Be careful to what your attention is given

It's your priority

To ensure that you are free

Smiling and happy

Living life abundantly

Joyful moments fill the air

When you take pride in your self care

Your inner glow shines for all to see

When you bask in your joy

So much is shared

Life is for the living

So give yourself to permission

To find your happy place within

And see the magic of you, unfolding

Nothing can harm you or make your life a burden

I know for certain

The vibration of my smiles transforms all that may have hurt me

So I concentrate on filling my plate

With only that which nourishes

My mind body and spirit

And brings comfort to my inner child

And the Goddess inside me running wild

I shake my breasts and dance to the beat

I stand firm in my own destiny

I laugh I sing I do something silly

In the knowing and pure purpose and intention

That it makes me happy

My joy send ripples through the Universe

And comes back to me like shooting stars

When I am in my bliss and happiness

Even the Ancestors travel from afar

To celebrate with me

They joy they see

And my gratitude for all that is

So I shake of the day

Put my heart in its place

And now I make every day my day

A celebration of me

To bask in bliss and the knowing I am free

To be

Whatever and whomever I choose to be

Knowing that all things are a part of me

An now I present you with this poem

And the message in the poem is

Life is too good to Miss

And it's yours and this is it

So make sure you live your best life Yet

And make 2018 and beyond

The Year that you show up for Life

And Follow your bliss
