Poetry

My poetry is simple

My poetry is blind.

My poetry is mine,

Even if it doesn't rhyme.

What? Poems can't see?

The one who fails to see,

is the one who is asleep.

Wake up, get with the times

It's possible my poems are blind.

They do see... into me,

Far,

Deep,

Beyond any light you will ever seek.

It's clear to me the only one that's blind

Are the ones who are wasting time.

Trying to see,

Trying to be,

Trying to get to me...

Don't be so blind, stop wasting your time

You can't reach me,

Not letting you get to me.

My poetry is simple,

My poetry is free,

My poetry is... Me.
