In the shallow dirt
There is a flower
Which fights with all its might
Against the rain
It digs its roots down deep
This precious flower
Endures against the wind
With which it strains
The flower’s stem with life
Goes on forever
Smooth as silk; contained with
Life and Sun
Will hold the life of pedals
Precious flower
'Til all of time on Earth
Forever done
And though this flower doesn’t
Bloom for all
It surely shows just like the
Morning Sun
The flower’s life so strong and
Yet so frail
The flower blooms for all who
Find true Love
