Fire

A Poem

I would happily agree that I am the

Fire

That lights up your life.

As long as you agree

With me

When I say

That if I am the

Fire

You are the one who

Started me.

Where I kiss

Where I touch

Leaves scorch marks

And lust.

I ignite your passion and desire.

I heat the fibers of your being.

If my embers die out

You will not see me again.

Fire is unpredictable

You should have known,

When you ignited the fire inside of me.
