"I found happiness in a place I never expected..."

I found happiness in a place I never expected; a small bubble for the kids like me in dorm sheets that starved for a feminine touch.

His eyes hold the sky and grass in black framed windows. Callous fingers found tenderness in my softness; like sandpaper touching velvet for the first time.

I didn't know I lit up his soul until he admitted he believed in love again after feeling my heart beat against his own. After years of being stone, he became clay underneath my hands.

We have a world of silence but with the way our bodies and fingers dance, you can hear us sing about our fire we burn endlessly to light up each other's darkness.

Fate brought us back and said, "Oh darlings, you really think I didn't have a plan for you two?"
