A Tale of "Black" Unity

Imagine if, in the black community, there were no schools. And a certain few taught themselves to read (wink)...

Says a man to a man,

“Brother, tell me, please, what does this word say? I think it could lead my family and I to freedom on this day.”

“Research, study, teach yourself as have I and you will be just fine.”

And the man missed his freedom because he could not learn in time.

So it is today...

Many are learning very late in life about the prison for our minds. Desire to redirect and course correct becomes another internal strife.

Life, survival, and struggle with children cause a man to plead:

“Brother! Tell me, please, what to do so I can set my family free.”

Learned one:

“Research, study, learn your past, teach yourself in commerce, AND everything in between. Here’s a little knowledge about former black queens. Do this and learn as have I and you will be just fine. I hope you get it done in time, because soon comes the 'dead' line…”
