Epitome of Love

Dying in Silence

The picture he took of me at Galveston Island

It’s the little things you do

That keeps me loving you

It’s the perfect things you say

that brush my anxieties away

For you are the epitome of love

Loving you wasn’t planned to do

But I’m glad to walk this path with you

No other way I’d rather chose

life without you, I’d surely lose

Pulse beating through your hand

as we stand bare feet to the sand

saying each other vows

smiling giddily just like a child

For you are the epitome of love
