Emotion is a genre

And some people only want to hear one style

While several feelings are reeling around

And the sounds impound

You may be bound by attraction to one

Feeling joy under the sun

Or being stuck to sadness and coming undone

Neither allow you to experience true delight because with that grasping for your comfort zone

You sadly moan struggling to stick to one state

Life is a dance and when you debate on which tango to get entranced in

You never win

Forcing again and again the repetition

the definition of insanity

Your humanity turns sour when your power is placed in "encore!"

And you don't explore the range of emotions that are available

Spread yourself

Expand your ability to feel

And soon you will know how be yourself.

Truly hearing the melodiousness of our blessed existence

Even if you're stuck on a style for a while

Or you feel as if that dissonant tone is droning on and on

You can always sing along

Or try and find a new song

And if the bitter hours drag on with no change

come to my house

we will start a show and dance all those strange feelings off of that glorious body of yours
