Electronics: Haiku Week #2

Everyday things. Wow. Such relatable.

Pixel Artwork of Computer Screens (Artwork by Awazaki via Tumblr)

Monday

Mastodon social
a place to bathe in goat blood
and find new best friends

Tuesday

Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Links
takes forever to download
my poor phone craves death.

Wednesday

I swear I felt it
a vibration from my phone
but the screen is blank

Thursday

A volcano bursts
fire and sound rattle the walls
of a closed Game Stop

Friday

I can't motivate
to do things I like to do
maybe tomorrow

Saturday

oil painting sucks
globs of paint, such a huge waste...
doesn't look bad though.

Sunday

Vaporwave vibes are
easy to listen to but...
not in public space.

Thank you all for the support you've shown me already on my dumb little weekly Haiku posts. I can't help but notice a lot of the poems posted are very depressing and dark, not like there is anything wrong with expressing ourselves through written word, far from it. However, if writing those species of poems does not make you feel better after letting it out, I strongly suggest talking to someone about your recent feelings/ or letting a close friend read your works for interpretation and discussion. I care about ya'll so please take care of yourselves.
