Drunken Mistake

It's New Year's Eve, with everyone anticipating the countdown

She says she can't make it out that night

All your plans comes crashing down, awful sight

But you still decide to go out, at least you have friends

Lots of music, lots of drink, a mad rave

You drink a lot, half way drunk till every face looks like hers

Want to spend the most important day of the year with her

But she could make it...or so you thought?

Across the room she is with another guy

Kissing, hugging, effect of the alcohol?

So you thought, till someone said her name, Natasha

Who says drunk men don't cry?

Well, you did cause it felt like being pierced a thousand times

In a bid for revenge, you find the nearest target

Kissed her, held her, till you two hit the gear with an "espresso"

Longest minutes before New Years, isn't it?

It's about to get longer as fate twisted its tongue in your direction

Natasha comes into the scene, sees you and cries out with so much pain

All you could say was, She did it first so it's pay back, babe

But you never thought you would be on the wrong end of the beer

As the lady you once thought was Natasha was a mirage of alcohol

And the real one is right in front of you after her best friend caught you cheating

Then you knew a thousand apologies couldn't undo this tragic setting

You never thought you would be the cause of her pains

For you have never seen her cry so badly in your entire existence
