Dream

Love Is Made for Two

Dream for me, now and again. When will the journey come to end? How will this story of ours unfold? Will it bloom, or remain untold?

My intentions are pure, my heart of pain. But here I sit, alone with disdain.

I'd foster a relationship with you if I could. I'd break my back right where I stood.

I hate myself for these thoughts of night. When day returns, as does the blight.

I searched the stars for answers to my quest. But they yielded more for my soul to test.

A sage with no sorcerer, a goat without his scorpion. A one without a two, this puzzle made for you.

First is the worst, seconds the best. Go ahead put me to the test. Toy with my emotions, probe me for info. I'll give you everything, yet nothing still.

I'll be patient, I'll wait for eternity. Be born and reborn across a thousand lifetimes. Endure pain, throw myself in front of a train. Walk through infinity, burn through time. Just to show you I'm worthy of a love worth mine.
