I see the clouds they grow black.
Filled with everyone emotional slack.
How strange the waves of pain that emit in the sky.
So unholy the secrets that are uttered when we die
Take cover in thy home for it is not rain that falls from these clouds.
It is that of blacked fragments of our hearts that fall by the thousands.
The very sky fills with our sins, and the rains begin.
Let rain the pain of man.
Reveal light guiding hand.
Let rain the blood of evil.
The very sentence that makes us uncivil
Let rain all sorrow.
Take a deep breath of all your future tomorrows.
Let rain all the hatred.
Come forth and in peace forth breed.
Let rain the innocents tears.
In which to evil it shears.
Let rain blame.
Mistakes that we refuse to claim
Let rain all hunger.
Let rain the deaths of the loved.
Let rain the paroles of man.
Let rain the foolishness of man.
Let rain the fallen souls of those in distant lands.
Let rain the sins of man.
Will this storm ever pass?
Will we survive, will we last.
The day when we all embrace that we are imperfect, and flawed that will be such a blast.
I see the darkness that lives in us all, the silent voice that brings our fall.
This rain will someday destroy the very world or at least the people.
What’s wrong with us putting unimportant matters on steppes?
Why do we see the light at the end of the tunnel as a threat?
Maybe one day the storm will clear and we as people will finally see that truth reflected in the mirror.
The rain still pours for now, and it would seem that fear is still on the prowl.
For those of innocent hearts, the storm has never begun,
For they are without foolish sin
Yes, someday the storm will pass.
It will dissipate into one solid mass.
It’s strange the rain itself reminds me of a scarlet novella.
Who knows when this day will come, but until this day comes I will walk through the rain with my umbrella.
