When I looked at you before
My Eyes couldn't see your glow
Shining brighter than the sun on its hottest day,
But still as chilling as the moon when it's furthest away.
Why hide away your real beauty
Trying to sell me the lies of being pretty
Making it harder to see me with you
You tell me lies believing them to be true.
But since I opened all my eyes
I now see past what you hid away
Just about everything opened up to me
Including what I see you to be.
Now when I look at you I am a witness
Honestly astonishing comparison between you & I
Just a fact, the universe and I were built the same way
