A planetary shift, sending emotional energy shockwaves through every grid of this vast universe. Vibrating frequencies with tickling melodies as they enter your soul through your feet, as you walk on Mother Earth's rich soil.
Mind racing in every direction... Time... Time... like the White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland. Empathic tendencies, flying high energy, the souls she hears chirp... chirp... chirping...
Buzzing frequencies, souls chatting through wires of the Vortex of this planetary shift. Sleep... Sleep... Mind is never sleeping, always hearing those empathic calls as they come through the embrace of the universal shift.

From the Ashes I Have Risen
The words play over and over in your mind: "You're going to be an angel soon..." It's always in the back of your mind, as you are living this never-ending nightmare. Deep down, you know this is not what you wanted your life to be like, while constantly walking on eggshells, while listening to the constant reminders: "You are nothing without me!!"; "No one won't EVER want you again!!" All this time, you're just wanting love and acceptance so you learned to smile through the pain. You, then, succumb to remain an empty shell of who you once were.

Snacktime Sonata Challenge Winners
Well, your Snacktime Sonatas made us hungry, and that’s about the highest compliment we have. Food — taste, smell, sensation — is a powerful conduit to the past, to memories pleasurable and painful and sometimes bittersweet, a mixture of comfort and challenge. Congratulations to Penny Fuller for Sativa — it’s a first win for Penny — a hymn to the “secret, unbounded/freedoms” of fresh peas in the pod. The narrative voice of the poem doesn’t really want to be outside, but finds joy in the green things of the earth; this is a lovely work of resilience.
