Don't Laugh

Your body, an inexplicable glee. Dark brown full of life eyes

Don’t laugh

Even though I like your smile

Don’t make me hurt

Your world, I don’t know

Don’t laugh

-

Even though you don’t notice

I yearn for your company

Your body, an inexplicable glee

Dark brown full of life eyes

Please, don’t laugh

-

You might not have my dream

However, you are still in my life

Your voice is a guide

My heart a receptor of your gaze

Please, don’t laugh

-

I’m just a toy

Something to amuse you

You’re everything

My world is lit

Please, just smile

-

Your smile and gaze

Ablaze is my confusion

Don’t care, feelings running

Fueling your appetite

For laughter

-

You coming around

Your persistence

In being with my presence

Feels sublime

However, your laugh

-

Is it for happiness

Or for amusement?

-
