Divine is your soul and light is your heart.
Lifting other spirits from the looming dark.
A strong heart indeed and a personality to match.
Although a hero can sometimes get lonely and undoubtedly sad.
Solo is inevitable on the path of a guardian.
Fighting battles, one by one, alone in the nighttime and also under the sun.
Keeping your head high could be a trying task,
with no one to confide or lend a helping hand.
The fear of losing them to those who cast you out,
their persistence of your trust to ease your doubt.
Your heart so powerful that it hurts your soul,
to reject the one person that makes you whole.
A trying path that's traveled only by the strong, dimming the heart but never the soul.
