Day One

I only come here

to take a stand

against the shit

that you do.

I will not put up

with all the lies

and all the bad things

that you do.

It would be

wise for you to

stop what you

are doing before

any of this becomes

worse than it

already is.

It is not enough

to apologize it is

not enough to change.

I am unable to do

the right thing when

every move I make

is the wrong thing

to do, every

single time a move

is made.

Do not expect

more out of me,

or else you will be

very highly disappointed.

Do not expect me

to try harder, for if

I do I'll fail.

Is it so bad

to believe that not

everybody is out to

get you? Am I

wrong to have

my own preferences

and my own standards?

I won't back down,

I will listen

but know I do not

need to throw away

what I believe and feel

just to conform to what

you believe best for me.

This is the year

I will either

make it or fake it.

I will rise

or I will fall.

If it ends I will

die in vain,

not be a stain

for everybody else.
