Colours

Shades

There are many colours

Shades of all kinds

Pigments that start to formulate

Exactly what we feel inside

The blue is of sadness

And the bright red is from love

Intertwined between them all is the colours were made of

Can be yellow, can be orange, can be purple, can be green

All of them serve a purpose

All of them make up our being

Openly we colour, the colours that we feel

But what if the colours I see aren’t the colours you see?

Held in a different light our colours can be dimmed or bright

Regardless I must say don’t colour me the wrong way

Even though my shades can alter and change everyday

My colours are my colours

Your colours are your colours
