Clovers

Poem of the Day

Clovers

We picked clovers,

three leaf clovers

together.

We looked for clovers,

four leaf clovers

together.

Through the green

and lean shards of grass,

we shuffled through it all.

It reminded me,

that I do have friends

that care for me.

Enough to help

me look for

a four leaf clover.

The search we completed,

with the struggle

kept at bay.

This all because although

we didn’t find

a four leaf clover;

it was doing it

together with you,

that made all the difference.
