My mum and I, travelling to Vietnam.

Stop over in Canton, China.

We take a seat at “Giada’s Garden” restaurant, international departures airport area.

The waiter brings us the menu.

I order one portion of dumplings.

The waiter nods.

He comes back with one portion of fried dumplings, one portion of steamed dumplings, and one soup.

I ask for some soy sauce.

The waiter nods.

He comes back with a very red and very spicy sauce.

I ask for the bill.

The waiter nods again.

He comes back with the menu.
