Change

It comes without any of us really knowing.

Going through life with the same routine for years.

With our same peers and hobbies.

Change is a way of life.

You can't hide from it and you certainly can't avoid it.

As we get older we see things aren't as simple as we hoped they be.

Our life hits a slope and we have to figure out who we want to be.

What we're good at.

Change comes often and usually during a time of crisis.

It sneaks up on all of us.

You can't help it

Life doesn't pause for anyone.

You have to face change with pride and hope.

Being on the same page as those that support us,

Is all we can ask for.

It's the people you surround yourself with that will make this all better.

Going through change alone will be scary and somewhat bitter.

Let people in, in times of need.

It will make you feel great and will make you feel glee.
