Our hearts are breaking, forever aching
And now the sky's turned black
You know that we'd do anything
To bring you home and have you back
Our shattered lives feel empty
How do we carry on?
How will we ever smile again
Now that you are gone
You left us with a legacy
One we won't forget
You've left behind your friends
And family, but yet....
We'll never let the thought of you
Be a distant past
Forever in our thoughts
A memory that lasts
If we could turn the clock back
We'd do things that we should
To see your smiling face again
We really wish we could
To hear your voice, I'd give the world
To take away the pain
You know that we'd do anything
To see you once again
And now you're resting peacefully
So we have to say goodbye
It's time to let you go and fly
With the angels in the sky
