Broken Hearted Girl

The Introvert Diaries

Like a shot through the heart, you've made your last mistake.

Falling apart and dying slowly from your heartbreak.

You saw things you shouldn't have seen, and now finding true love is

something you no longer believe.

All it took was his lips on hers...

her hands all over his body...

the smirk on his face as he saw you catching him in his lies.

Like a dagger to the heart you're left bleeding on the floor...

watching it flow like a flood rushing through a empty city street.

The pain swallows you and as you take that magic pill that takes you to

space so you can try to escape your heartbreak disease.

You try anything and everything to take it all away.

Hopelessly in love you can never let it go, so your heart will forever break.

A love sick fool picking up the pieces that devil of a man left behind.

Left with all the broken pieces...

with the scotch tape desperately trying to hold together your

fractured heart...

A bottle of magic elixir in hand to drown your sorrows, you curl up on the

floor and watch as the world fades away.

Until tears no longer fall from your face you die more and more inside...

You grow to hate yourself and blame yourself for the way you were

betrayed...

Black and blue... beaten and bruised... you are left a mess dying silently in

agony while no one even notices you're gone.

Such is the fate for those in the broken heart club who are left broken and

damaged for an eternity.

Only living to continue to watch the life bleed out of you.

Desperately clutching onto that one piece of sanity as you slip deeper and

deeper into your dark and lonely insanity.

Forever lost and alone in the world is the poor broken hearted girl...
